Eligible applicants can register through the internet or by telephone hotline (2866 8148) system from 11am to 11.59 pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for participating in the ballot.
Important Notice 1: From 28 March 2023 (Tuesday) onwards, a computer balloting mechanism will be introduced to replace the current 'first-come-first-served' arrangement for allocation of the vacant test slots in the Repeater Early Test Appointment Booking Services (RETAS).
